Nice eyes are good, and a smile is excellent. Its very important to love yourself. Its probably the second most important thing in this life. If you love yourself, automatically it will translate through other people you meet. If you hate yourself, it will bring you problems because of mentality issues related to hating yourself. I suppose there is a major difference between confident and arrogance. I have been both.
