What sort of things are you concerned about? I used to try and shut it off, but if you want to be a certain way, and you're presenting yourself very differently, it might be worth making some changes. Not changing yourself, but maybe how you express yourself. Just a thought. If you care you care, that's not necessarily bad at all.
