Today I exercised with walking 45-60 minutes, but snacked on chocolate, a cookie, and more chocolate after dinner. Need to work on eating healthier snacks. For breakfast ate Ezekiel toasted with peanut butter and drank chai tea. For lunch ate vegan lentil soup, 6-8 saltines, 1 slice cheese, and chocolate. In the afternoon while working at the computer ate chocolate, a cookie and drank water and some diet Dr Pepper. For dinner ate 1/2 roast beef wrap sandwich, baked bbq chips, some chocolate with salted almonds and 1/2 red grapefruit.
