I started tracking my food in a new online app I found. I like it cause so many foods are available to select and it shows nutrients for what you've eaten. It also makes suggestions if you're low on some nutrient. I had a 400 calorie deficit yesterday. I really need a 500 deficit. But I guess I didn't do too bad considering that I was stress eating again. I have to learn to reach for something healthier. I had an atkins bar. An apple would have been better.
