I completed my inner work and most of my household chores. I went by the store to get the crescent rolls I forgot for the chicken pot pie. I’ll make that around 5:30. I was able to complete everything except #3 which I will divide between today and Wednesday. The Eckhart Tolle lecture turned out being the live one on Conscious Evolution and Climate Change as he changed nights. I also had a good therapy appointment where we strategized minimizing SAD. Today is much the same as the other.

3. Attend Zoom meeting
4. Work on special project
5. Complete inner work
