I did some stress eating last night but it wasn't too bad. I had a bowl of cheerios. And then later I had an apple. I still have a calorie deficit. I wish I didn't stress eat. It's the worst in the middle of the night. I've read if you're not sleeping well, your cortisol levels go up and that makes you eat. Maybe I will try to get visteral from my pnurse again. That med helps me sleep.
