Hi friend and friends, just wanted to share that holidays are also very hard for me too. And it’s hard but I believe in my catholic faith and that gets me through all the difficulties. What ever you believe in try to leverage that as much as possible, I am not the best advisor just wish you people who struggle with my similar illness the best of life.
