Make sure your son is gathering evidence every second he can. Is she already cohabitating with this new guy? Even if your son is able to provide full custody, evidence will help in negotiating the shared custody.

I don't know anything about the laws in OR, but she sure as heck ain't smelling like roses!! Grrrrrrr.......
