Hi all,

I get dreams and nightmares about being IP. I haven't been IP since January but the dreams and nightmares keep coming anyway. Sometimes the dreams are okay but I always wake up feeling sad and upset about having been in the hospital. The nightmares are of course bad. My T thinks this is good because it means I remember how awful the hospital was and I will do anything to not go back there. I don't think she understands.
