I know Dr. T has continued to see some clients when they went to college out of state. But I don't know if that's a case of where the home state is still their permanent address (like I went to college out of state, but returned home on breaks, so that was still my home address). It also may depend on the state and the degree/credential in terms of licensing requirements, too.
