I sent my T an email asking if I could have an extra session on monday as my anxiety was bad. I sent a follow up email telling him I was in a crisis on Wednesday. No replies to either.

Your T is so cold... hugs if wanted. You've so much grief to hold and he's so very cold. I understand attachment, it's hard even when it's so painful. You deserve better.
