Honestly feel like I'm overwhelmed by grief already. I don't want to lose someone else, but I know this therapy thing is hurting me.

This is also my final year so there's still the school pressure and I'm not doing so well with school.

I get that, Lemon, I really do. I was extremely angry with my T during the worst of the COVID surge last Spring. I felt like I had to fire him but I didn't think I could tolerate being without him in the middle of all that chaos and uncertainty, so I stuck with it and here we are.
