I did watch a youtube video on EMDR and for some people they do need additional sessions before treatment can actually begin- this is just to ensure they can cope better. Thank you I believe in time I will get better. I know that im doing the best I can right now. I think my therapist understands too that Im doing the best I can right now. Also I knew something was not right a few years ago when I got sober from alcohol. Now that my mind is more clear then ever it's starting to make sense. I have some books that I am reading in my free time, these forums are helping between sessions.
