I’m doing better today.
And yesterday I did pretty good. Literally cleaned the kitchen and living room from top to bottom and put in Evergreen tree scent in the cat box (litter box) closet. Smells like Christmas now. More like Christmas less like poop. Hahaha.
Fiancé was impressed and happy.
But then I took 5 spoonfuls of Nutella on an empty stomach and had a Nutella overdose. My heart started racing. Sugar high or whatever idk. But I had to take a anti anxiety prn and then slept off and on til 6am this morning.
Never felt better now! Great sleep! Never doing that again!
