it is blistering at all? if it is, that's a 3rd degree and needs medical treatment.
Otherwise you can try keeping it moist by using polysporin and New Skin (Nu Skin something like that) on it from any drugstore. It's blue and squishy. Peel off the plastic and stick it on over the polysporin and then put a bandaid over that. keep it clean and moist.
