My mom had a drawer where she kept money, we would just take from it so often she started leaving money there for us instead of punishing us for stealing (I had a weird mom). We'd go out and spend it on candy and stuff we needed like food (there was never enough food I liked to eat in the house). I guess I was a practical kid. Oh yeah and prank phone calls, I did that too. I ordered pizzas for people who hadn't ordered them.
