my tradition is to watch " the muppet's christmas carol" (for years channel 4 had it every christmas eve), but now they don't so I got the dvd

I think it's such a great christmas eve film with great songs

after it's finished, I make myself a plate of party food (bit of everything, pizzas, chicken on sticks, garlic bread,) and eat that while watching christmas music

after dinner, I'll open 1 (1) gift, usually a small one- and spend the rest of the night listening to more christmas music (or if it's a good gift, watching/ listening to it) depending on what it is.
