I suffer a bit from seasonal depression and anxiety but not to any great extent. What helps me most is going for walks out in the sunshine although these days because of restrictions I must be content to circle my house. This isn't advice for you though. I am not a doctor or medical professional and so cannot offer advice that you or anyone could or should rely upon.
Someone I know with seasonal depression has something called a medical light box. Don't know much about it though. I sure hope you find something to lift the burdens you are bearing!
