I just get bad feelings, thoughts, and memories of being IP. And fears of going back. My therapist pushes me a lot to go in.

I did have this dream for many years about the psych hospital and then in 2015 the dream basically came true and I went IP. Except for the exact hospital the details were the same. Ever since then I’ve never had that dream.
