yep, and i wonder how she's going to feel about all that child support she's going to have to pay...then jail if she doesn't.

i so agree about son keeping everything written down...everything. exact dates, etc. he should call the common pleas court, d.r. division, and ask for paperwork to schedule a hearing for emergency temporary custody. or he could just call an attorney to do that for him, but he should do that a.s.a.p. she's left the home with the children in it and the courts should know that. it will be for the best in the long run. actually, i think he should call an atty first thing monday morning if he can.

if he has an answering machine, he should avoid answering the phone and let her leave messages...from the messages she's giving him, they would be great to use as well. there are many things he can be doing right now to help himself and the children down the road. i hope you don't mind my saying that. but i worked for attys for 5 yrs and so many ppls didn't get things documented and it hurt them in the long run. i'm sorry if i overstepped my bounds here.
