Risperdal consta has been adequate for over a year now though. If it poops out, I don’t know what I’d do.

It doesn't seem that this used to happen to me. I'm wondering if it's due to so many years of medications that my brain has learned to adapt to whatever it gets fed. Or something like that. And I know it's not just me, many of us here have been on multiple, long-term meds, yet have to keep searching for meds that work more effectively.

I'm so glad the Risperdal is working for you. Maybe that is part of finding the "right" med...one that doesn't crap out in a month.
