This has got to be such a hard time for you right now. I remember when I was pregnant and almost due, I would not have been able to make it through without the help of some family and friends.
I know how it feels to have a husband like the one you described, mine is very much like that too. I have come to the conclusion that he is NOT going to change. I have given him 5 long years and he is still behaving in the same selfish way. I wish I had more positive things to say to you but I think part of it has to do with his parents and upbringing and the other has to do with what he wants. And if he hasn't tried to change, even a little bit after all those years, he probably doesn't want to.

The only advice I can give is to try counseling. If he really loves you he will be willing to go. Maybe learning how to communicate his feelings to you will be of some help.

I wish you much luck and you take care of yourself and that baby!!!
