Not if they haven't had a good charge during the day, but if they have they are bright. . They turned on at 5:30ish when it was really dark and now they are off. I guess they ran out of juice.
It's 8:30 now. It's only been 2 hours since my first post about the lights tonight, so maybe they were only on for two hours?
