While trying to sort thru... what happenned ... with Therapist disconnect - last week... there was a session..

where it was a "free for all" in the session... with my mind relaxed... I think... all alters came and went... every few seconds.. I don't remember what was said... just extreme feeling of disorientation... nausua... and a band of extreme pressure around my head...

Years ago.. i had this all the time in therapy......

So I went home... sat down... and was out like a "light"... woke up about 9:00PM.... and just was so disoriented.. scared..

called T's answering service... they asked my phone number.. and I just could not remember it.... was a total blank...

the woman got it off the caller id.. and in speaking to T.. said I don't care what is going on... I really need to see you.. and he saw me on Fri.. the very next day...

so do... any of you have that extreme... band of pressure around your head sometimes????
