Today I want to
1. Do laundry
2. Write Christmas cards
3. Do some shopping for family and a donation to a good cause
4. Go to bed at reasonable time (yesterday was very tired and too tired to eat dinner earlier in the evening so rested and napped some then ate dinner at 11:30 pm!)
5. Nap
6. Make vegetarian vindaloo for dinner with fresh cauliflower and sweet potatoes (it’s very tasty and made it in the past, seasoning includes curry and a little cayenne seasoning for some kick).
