I applied to a large craft store chain and on the online application, after I filled it out, it directed me to a survey asking all sorts of questions from if I'm disabled to if I receive food stamps and welfare and if I'm a veteran. I think it was for governmental purposes. Can't remember if it said it's anonymous or not. It seems pretty standard with some applications. Could it be a state thing?
