I'm struggling with sleep tonight and I feel pretty down. My depression has to do with it being dark and at the end of the day. That's why I wish I could sleep. I took extra trazodone and that didn't help. I can take up to two. I still have half a pill I can take. I may do that and try to get more sleep.
