I can't leave the house now either. I had to cancell my t. appointment today because I couldn't leave. I did manage to open the back door and look out. What I've been told is to try small steps until you can go out. That advice doesn't help overcome the initial fear of stepping outside though. To begin the process you might try visualization techniques i.e. imagine stepping outside and feeling relaxed while doing it. I'am not sure that will help you today to get to your committment but it might be a place to start. Good luck.
