I find that having cheese after meals, and also rinsing my mouth out regularly with water, and also warm salted water, is very good for my teeth, also gentle brushing once or twice a day, with ''flossing'' or whatever you use I hope this helps
Warm salted water rinses helps minimize infections or even prevent them (for me)

I'm sorry you're dealing with anxiety regarding your teeth too.
I appreciate the tips! I'll try to use them. Another problem is that when I was really sick (mentally) with negative symptoms due to Schizoaffective/bipolar, it was hard to get myself to brush my teeth. But I've made it a priority again and have been doing good with brushing and flossing everyday.
