Therapist are scary. You spill your guts to a complete stranger and all they say is how did that make you feel. No opinion , minimal feedback and it’s like you can’t read if they are appalled or disgusted which drive me crazy. I keep a lot to myself which in the long run will probably do me more harm then good. I would say someone that makes you comfortable. I am not comfortable with my therapist but am giving it a chance idk maybe I will one day.
