I’d wish there was the possibility to attend to a group therapy in my city, for people who are like me, with social anxiety.

I tried to find a group before in the town hall’s services but there were available for other groups as mistreat women.
During my research I was told people like me should enrol in a “normal” group, for example a theatre group. But, I don’t see myself capable of being with “normal” people, to say it somehow.

I was about doing this kind of therapy with one of my psychologist but the other people didn’t finally accept to do the therapy.

I wonder if any of you have had experience with group therapy and in which degree you find it helpful.
