I’m kind of down right now. I’m not having any bad thoughts I just want to take cough syrup so I can sleep through this pain that’s been waking me up every night. I don’t have control of the cough syrup and I just need to wait a bit and these feelings will pass the way they did last night. I’m getting a weighted sleep mask for Christmas. So I’m hoping that helps. I do well with other sensory related things. If I just hold off for like half an hour or so these thoughts will pass.
