I get that twitching from time to time myself. Active nerve endings bouncing along the way....joy of joys.

There was a month a few years back where my left index finger twitched 24/7...it was the most annoying thing. I would try to type and my finger would twitch and type something bizarre Frustrating as all get out.

Twitching can come from a number of things....meds, anxiety, lack of excercise, strain or medical issues. If you haven't had a check up in a year I would suggest getting one and let the dr know whats going on. If you are taking meds, find out from the pharmacist or look online for side affects of those meds and see if twitching is one.

I have also found the more I pay attention to the twitches the worse they get or the longer they last...so I try hard to ignore them.

Hope you stop twitching soon!
