Thank you! I've tried during off-hours and regular hours. It's odd that I can't get in. There's an online chat. I will try that today since it's normal working hours. An agent called me on Friday to get things started. I just haven't been able to upload my documents. Yes, I did think about food banks. If this doesn't work or I don't qualify, I will definitely seek further assistance.
