Doing okay today. Just struggling with negative thoughts. Like "Oh I'm so stupid." Stuff like that. I'm trying to change the thoughts but without a lot of success.


I'm at work today but I don't have tons to do. I have a scanning project to work on but it is so boring. It is hard to stay motivated to do it. But I have to work on it.


Next week I only work two days.
