I'm at work today but I don't have tons to do. I have a scanning project to work on but it is so boring. It is hard to stay motivated to do it. But I have to work on it.
Next week I only work two days.

I'm sorry your inner critic is so active today. Maybe you can talk back and set it straight. I read an article that suggested we see our inner critic as a person and we imagine having a conversation with them. It's there to help you but it doesn't do the right thing. So you thank it for trying and then tell it your strengths. I know you have many wonderful qualities. Maybe making a list of them will help too. I hope your day goes well.
