I feel down but I don’t have any bad thoughts or cough syrup/ melatonin thoughts either. Basically I’m just super tired. I am trying so hard but I don’t know if I’m making any progress and there’s no one to really ask. I thought I’d be getting a lot more one on one time with this program then I actually am. I guess I just don’t feel very supported.
