I'm sorry, that sounds painful. But it might not have anything to do with you. Some therapists (at least in US) aren't willing to reply to former clients due to policy or liability concerns. Maybe that's the case here? Also, with it being December, perhaps she just took a bunch of time off for holidays? I'm not familiar with how 7 Cups of Tea works so not able to help you more there.
