I gave her this phone number several months ago and she is just now trying again but she did the exact same thing she did last time. When I spoke to the insurance last time, they said it would be approved if she submitted it to the correct arm of the insurance group. You can lead a horse to water I guess but you can't make 'em drink.

I feel bad she isn't getting paid by the insurance, I'm also a bit P.O.'ed that I paid all this time out of pocket when I met my maximum out of pocket for the year. Now my insurance has started over for the year and I legit need to pay her now. But all these times for the past year I shouldn't have had to pay anything if she would have submitted the claims to the correct department.

It's just her. She doesn't have a receptionist or anything and I don't think paperwork is her forte. I pay her cash every time I see her and instead of having a bank bag or something to put it in, she just stashes it in this drawer or that drawer or in this pocket or that container. I'm like the woman probably has money stashed in the couch cushions at her office! Hopeless.

Honestly I would stop paying her out of pocket especially if you didn't have to. It's her responsibility. She could always choose to hire someone to get help with the all the filling paperwork if it's a weak area.
