At Thanksgiving I was 187 now I am 174. I am happy with my progress. Today I’m just eating the usual. 2 English muffins, 2 Oreos, Goldfish crackers, bowl of Blueberry Cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk, and 3 eggs. Last night I had 3 cups of cooked broccoli for dinner instead of the eggs. So I was at 1,555 calories instead of 1,235. But with the stuff I’ve been eating I can eat throughout the day and still be at or around 1200 calories.
