This is what I was going to suggest as well. And even if school is virtual for you right now, you should still be able to talk to someone. And maybe, after you talk to them, that counselor/school psychologist might be willing to have a meeting with you and your mom to talk about the need to get you some other outside help (I assume it could work that way, if you gave permission). If you're by chance in college, they'd have resources, too.


I hope you're able to get some help. I went to my mom as a teen about depression, and she said, "What do you have to be depraessed about?" and wouldn't get me help.
