Hi, I am new to the thread, but not new to diabetes.
One and a half week ago my blood glucose was very high. It has become higher and higher this Autumn because I have added more and more sweet desserts
I decided to quit all unnecessary sugar from my diet and now my blood glucose has gone from 17 to 7-8.
I use carrots and/or nuts to still my "sweet-hunger".
I am trying to get used to the Mediterranean diet:
