Have any of you done this? What do you write about? Does it help?

Any good examples of maybe some online blogs that are public?

My new PMHNP (Psych Nurse) that I saw today suggested that I try this, to help track my moods and stuff. Just not quite sure where to begin and what to do.

I guess these forums are a bit of a "journaling" thing for me anyway - just need to put all my thoughts in one spot.

I keep a journal for my own benefit. My T didn't suggest it or anything. I have read that it helps to organize and sort through thoughts and feelings. I'm not as frequent as I should be lately. I should write in it more because it did help me. Don't feel compelled to write in it everyday or write every detail. You don't even have to stay in between the lines. You can sketch on the pages if you want to also. Just make sure that you keep it out of sight if you live with any prying eyes.
