I'm not sure that this isn't healthy, it seems quite healthy to me. Sometimes tasks have to be completed without a reward though. Maybe try ''delayed gratification''.... plan to give yourself a small reward but not immediately. Also have you tried breaking down some less desirable tasks into (say) 15 minute slots (when/if possible).. take a short break and then continue with the task. (just an idea, maybe you do this already)
