I have had therapists seem frustrated that I am not doing better. It can often feel personal, but it may be they a situationally frustrated and not really blaming you or anything like that. Still, if they are making you feel like that maybe it's worth mentioning? And, as long as you are committed to therapy than there is no reason to feel it's your fault or something. Maybe a different approach would help? I also think with chronic mental illness we are going to go through rough spots, just like any chronic physical problem and that's not your fault.
