Not understanding why I’m sleeping so badly. And I miss my therapist a lot right now. I was told the other day when I said I had no idea why my sleep is so bad that there has to be a reason. But I’ve cut out caffeine, tried going to bed later, I got a memory foam mattress topper, and things are just worse with my sleep then they were before.
