I feel like I've had a setback. But today, I am trying again. I was still under my calories yesterday. But I think it might be too many calories for me. Every app is different. I had too many sugars yesterday, so I messed it up. I have to keep my carbs down as well as my fats and calories. I think I am going to quit dieting. I'm only tracking right now cause my online therapist asked me to. I'll track 2 more days and quit. I just don't care to know.
