1. my boys called on Sunday and gave me a concert over the fone again.

2. i've just had 24 hrs with my baby sis, her hubby and kids and we had a wicked time.

3. my baby sis persuaded me to eat a proper cooked breakfast this morning and i actually loved it though eating's usually a struggle.

all-in-all a wicked weekend where i've not been down once.
