snow, I'm actually not sure my T takes notes at all. He doesn't during session (well, a couple of times in couples therapy he did and once in individual, but that is it). I never see him taking out notes at the beginning of my session that he has written previously to refer to, so I'm really not sure he has any. Or maybe they are all on the computer, I don't know. My previous T took copious notes during session. I guess it's OK if it helps them remember. But I like how my current T is not trying to multitask during session by taking notes.
