Today I had a Coke from Sonic, an English muffin, an Atkins shake, a small mug of soup and a couple rice cakes. I’m getting Outback tonight and I’m going to have 2 lobster tails and save the fries and vegetables for tomorrow’s lunch. I was getting pretty hungry around 1:45 but I just waited for it to pass and I ate a rice cake. I can’t tell if I’m restricting today or just saving my calories for dinner. I have down 1,265 calories. I took a walk this morning and then I’ve been doing nonstop cleaning and just being really restless and unable to sit down all day. So I’ve probably burned a lot.
